Italy’s one of the biggest festival Sanremo is just around the corner. Sanremo has a different history from the other National Finals because Eurovision is actually inspired from Sanremo but it went bigger so they are jealousing Eurovision a little bit.
Sanremo always hosted big artists like Whitney Houston, Madonna, Britney Spears in past years. And after Ellie Goulding’s album “Delirium” in 2015, which became a hit in Italy, Rai (Italian Broadcaster) invited Ellie Goulding. It’s Official! And Elton John is the other big name who will come to Festival this year. There are some rumors saying that Rai wants Ariana Grande and Rihanna to Sanremo 2016 and they started negotiations.
