Tonight the final of Eesti Laul, the Estonian national final for the Eurovision Song Contest, has been taken place in the capital Tallinn.
Ten participants competed with each other to be winner, and to win ticket for Eurovision Song Contest 2016. In first round Laura, Jüri Pootsmann and Cartoon feat. Kristel Aaslaid went through to a super final. The half of the votes came from a jury and the other half from the public . In second round public televoting exclusively determined the winner out of three names: It’s Jüri Pootsmann . Estonia will be performing to qualify at first semi-final in Stockholm.

The 2015 winners, Elina Born and Stig Rästa finished in 7th place in the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest with their song Goodbye To Yesterday. On this special night, they performed its entry surprisingly at opening show.
