The Semi-Final Allocation Draw for the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 took place in Rotterdam’s city hall. It seems that we will reach the most difficult semi-final in the history of Eurovision. This year first semi-final will be so difficult because of eight of the 10 most successful countries of the last six years will compete in the 1st semi-final and 7 of the 10 most failed countries of the last six years will compete in the 2nd semi-final.
Statics
When the first 20 are examined, it is seen that 12 countries will compete in the 1st semifinal and 8 countries in the 2nd semifinal.
Only the 1st semi-final is examined, you can see that the top 10 countries have a better percentage when compared to the other 7 countries.
Bulgaria is the first statistically by far in the second semi final . Since there is not a statistically significant percentage difference between the 5th and the 17th, so the chances of other countries outside of Bulgaria in this semi-final are very close. Like the first semi-final, we will watch a great competition in the second semi-final.
