Today German public broadcaster NDR and Austria public broadcaster ORF has confirmed the names who will perform at their national final.
According to NDR’s announcment ten acts will race to be winner and win the chance to be on the stage in Sweden.
The grand national final ‘Unser Lied für Stockholm’ will be taken place on 25th February at 20:15 CET , and the winner will be chosen by two rounds of SMS voting and the Eurovision app, and the voting. The presenter of the show will again be Barbara Schöneberger.
The following acts will compete in the German national final:
- Avantasia – Mystery Of A Blood Red Rose
- Alex Diehl – Nur ein Lied
- Ella Endlich – Adrenalin
- Gregorian – Masters Of Chant
- Jamie-Lee Kriewitz – Ghost
- Joco – Full Moon
- Keøma – Protected
- Laura Pinski – Under The Sun We Are One
- Luxuslärm – Solange Liebe in mir wohnt
- Woods of Birnam – Lift Me Up (From The Underground)
There was a shock at the national final, after the results. Although Andreas Kümmert won the final voting process, he refused to represent Germany in Vienna because of some problems. Thus Ann Sophie took a chance on the stage at 60th Eurovision Song Contest. Unfortunately, no country voted for her and took zero points after the grand final, as The Makemakes who represent Austria in the contest.

On the other hand Austria public broadcaster ORF has released the names of nine candidates. The tenth participant will be chosen on Facebook on January 14th. Also you can join the this voting via Facebook.
The national final will take place on February 12th at 20:15 CET, and both public and juries will be able to vote to determine the artist. The presenters will be Andi Knoll, Austria’s well-known Eurovision commentator, and Alice Tumler, one of the hosts of the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest.

The 10th candidates will be chosen by Facebook voting. The names are in following acts:
