This year’s Eurovision Song Contest will feature a new voting system. The voting system was last change in 2016 when Sweden hosted the contest, EBU decided to announce votes separately as Jury and SMS.
In 2019, the contest will take place in Israel and the change of voting system explained by the Czech delegation like this;
Announcement of the jury voting will be exactly the same but when the SMS votings are being started to announce, the announcement will start from the 26nd country to 1st position country after the jury votes were given.
