Israeli artist(s) will perform in 2nd semifinal,12 May because of Israel’s Memorial Day that held on 10 May.
Israel newspaper Hayom writes that EBU has allowed Israel to perform in second semi final. Because 10 May is very special to Israeli, it’s called Israel’s Memorial Day. Israel Broadcasting Authority had applied for this request to EBU, and they was not refused for this time.
Israel had withdrew in the past for two times, in 1980,1984. because of similar clash of dates.
