The 62nd Contest will be organised by the European Broadcasting Union and Ukrainian national broadcaster NTU with 43 countries that is record high number  equalling the total set in 2008 and 2011.

Today it is confirmed that 43 countries will participate in Kyiv to be host for next year. According to announcement theü list differs from last year such as Romania and Portugal who are returning to the competition after a year’s absence but Bosnia & Herzegovina will not participate in 2017 because restructuring within the national broadcaster.

This year many  rumors gave point to participation of China and Kazakhstan, but they are not included on list. Maybe a new official news will make suprise to us on following days as the announcement of Australia’s participation in 2015.
