As usual, Hungary will be choosing their entry by a national final named A Dal 2016 on February 27 .
Before the final, three quarter finals and two semi-finals will be held to form the finalist list. Thirty candidates will perform at pre-final steps to be A Dal 2016 finalists. Three quarter finals will take place on January 23, January 30 and February 6. On February 13 and February 20, will feature the semi-finals of A Dal 2016. The final will be broadcast live on February 27.
Pierrot, Zséda, Károly Freinreisz and Miklós Both will be jury of A Dal 2016 nights. Also the shows will be hosted by Csilla Tatár and Levente Harsányi.
