Torsten Amarell was former Head of the Delegation at the Eurovision Song Contest for Germany than after working at NDR he has gone on to work for MDR. Today we have learnt name of new German head of the delegation…Carola Conze is the new German head of the delegation for the Eurovision Song Contest.
She and Thomas Schreiber (ARD Entertainment Coordinator) are discussing different options for Germany’s national selection such as Club Concerts will cancel.
Her first goal for Germany is find the right and the best candidates. Conze thinks show and song are very important in Eurovision. According to her stage show is Conchita and Måns Zelmerlöw’s essential part of the success.
Germany has participated in Eurovision Song Contest since 1956 and has two victories (1982 and 2010).
