Last year’s host country Ukraine has decided its 2018 representative via Vidbir 2018 tonight.
The two time winning country will be represented by MELOVIN with the song Under the Ladder in Lisbon.
Vidbir consists of two semi finals and a final. The semi finals were held past weeks in Kyiv. Total of 18 artists competed in Vidmir. They were siplitted to semi finals as 9 participants.

The jurors (Jamala, Andriy Danylko, Eugene Filatov) and the public chose the representative via 50% – 50%.
Ukraine will compete in the second half of the second semi final in May. The six finalists’ running order were determined by drawing of lots;
