The host city will be announced by Dutch broadcaster AVROTROS 15 days later. Rotterdam is leading the race and is already signaling. Last year, 42 countries announced their participation in the competition. Ukrainian broadcaster UA: PBC withdrew from the competition at the last moment with a big reaction.
